Oliver Grimwood is an associate with Richard Barton Attorneys After a degree at St Mary’s University London, he was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2003 as a Wolfson Scholar at Lincoln’s Inn. He joined Church Court Chambers in London with a predominantly but not exclusively criminal defence practice. He was admitted in 2017 as a Cayman Islands attorney. In 2012 he appeared before the Supreme Court in a leading case on confiscation as one of the youngest advocates ever to appear before that Court.
